Paint it Black?

This commercial landlord was disappointed to find loads of drywall damage, a corner of their office space painted deep glossy black, and a home made vanity top in their restroom when their last tenant moved out. With only days before showings were set to begin, they needed this unit readied to house a professional business ASAP. We repaired the drywall damage and corrected some previously poorly completed repairs, gave the whole unit a warm yet professional coat (0r 4) of paint, and installed a proper vanity top we were able to find second hand back in the restroom. A fresh coat of gray epoxy on the utility room floor was the final piece to get this unit rental ready!
