John re-built my deck and stairs. While not a ‘big’ project, John was one of a very few who gave me a project estimate, with a bill-of-materials for labor, materials, disposal, and other assumptions. It showed me he had put some thought and effort into gaining my business. His communication with me was prompt, and when we agreed on a date and time, he was there, every time. He started when he said he would, and finished when he said he would. And I am happy with the new deck.
